This custom glass display vehicle carried a 3D fabrication of the Weetabix "heart", and employed creative use of milk and fruit window clings on the glass to heighten the 3D splash effect. Weetabix logo extensions on top of the truck completed the effect while brand ambassadors distributed samples and coupons. The campaign also included a large poster showing in numerous markets, specifically targeting grocery store locations.
STRATEGY: Raise brand awareness for Weetabix throughout the Maritime provinces.
TACTICS: The display vehicle, with its memorable 3D fabrication was great at attracting consumers and allowed brand ambassadors to engage, deliver samples, coupons and info about the benefits of Weetabix. The truck was deployed to supermarkets, recreation areas, and local events, and even secured a spot in Coburg's Canada Day parade! The vehicle was supported by a strong poster showing across all the markets.
RESULTS: This campaign resulted in a 61% increase in sales in the target area.
