To help promote awareness and drive registration for their NYC Healthfest, Rally Health turned to EMC for an OOH media plan to reach their audience. To get high levels of reach and frequency our media plan focused on street level and transit advertising.
STRATEGY: Drive awareness of, and registration for Rally's Healthfest event in New York by using Out of Home media both near the event, and targeting key audience areas.
TACTICS: We targeted New Yorkers with a combination of transit shelters (both digital and static), along with Wi-Fi Hotspot / Digital Information Kiosks as well as Pole banners that surrounded the event site footprint for the 4-6 weeks leading up to the event, encouraging people to pre-register.
RESULTS: The result was over 12,000 people attending the event. That number was record-breaking for Rally, the largest of all their events thus far.
