Q&A With Molly:

How did you begin your career in media?

I started my career in media in 2016 at a local agency in Chicago buying TV and radio for brands such as Jimmy Johns, Cabela’s and Culver’s.

What attracted you to Out of Home?

I was intrigued by the wide variety of media formats within the OOH space, and how brands creatively utilized all these formats differently, but effectively. Every format type has it’s place and purpose. Determining which format types are best employed for a campaign is half the fun!

What is a favorite campaign you’ve worked on in the past?

I really enjoyed working on an extensive OOH campaign for DePaul University that provided strong market-wide coverage in Chicago city proper, as well as coverage in specified zip codes that historically attracted prospective students.

What are you looking forward to?

The future of OOH is really exciting! In my short tenure in the industry, I’ve witnessed great strides in connecting the ‘offline’ to the ‘online’ in an effort to deliver more holistic, connected media plans. I look forward to the ways OOH will continue to work with other media to connect more deeply with consumers.

What do you think is essential for building solid client relationships that can help grow their business?

Being open to innovation while also recognizing the tried-and-true tactics that have proven success in the past, and understanding not every consumer’s journey will be the same.

Helen Kim, SVP, Client Services shared: “We are so excited to have Molly join our team!  We are confident that her extensive experience and fresh perspective will make a significant contribution in driving our continued growth and success!”
