Rimini Street is taking traditional out of home advertising media—in this case taxi tops—and turning them into a guerrilla media platform that also drives social engagement.
Uninvited to the Oracle Open World party in San Francisco, Rimini tapped EMC for guerrilla taxis featuring several different creatives, all related to the popular technology event. The taxis give Rimini a stealth presence at the show, while promoting an online “tweet to win” contest that includes the show’s hashtag “#OOW”.
