EMC Outdoor just wrapped up this exciting campaign for Rolling Stone, helping game developer UbiSoft create buzz and anticipation for their upcoming music game title “Rocksmith”. Crowds of music fans attending the hugely popular SXSW music, film and interactive festival were able to demo the game on this sleek wrapped Rocksmith bus.
The fully wrapped tour bus was used as a mobile event platform which provided large scale branding and allowed our brand ambassadors to conduct product demos of the newest music video game.
In addition to the wrap, the bus sported a video screen that played Rocksmith’s game trailer for fans waiting outside to demo the game.
The interior of the bus had 4 complete gaming stations where brand ambassadors could take fans through the demo. Afterwards fans were interviewed on-camera about their experience.
Brand ambassadors circulated through Austin to tell people about the Rocksmith experience, and crowds were lining up to get on the bus, and get a taste of the next generation of music video games.
